The third and final phase of the upscale retail center, Scottsdale Quarter, will include residential multi-family apartments. Crescent Communities, in partnership with Glimcher Realty Trust, broke ground on the project in November 2013, and intend to complete the final phase, which will also include additional retail, by spring of 2015.

Crescent Scottsdale Quarter will reside on the most eastern 9 acres of the 28-acre development.  Business Real Estate Weekly of Arizona stated the project’s total cost, including land and development, is more than $61 million.

The development of the final phase, including the Crescent Scottsdale Quarter, had been delayed several times due to the economy, but with the Scottsdale economy stable again, more high end retailers are rumored to be popping up alongside the apartments.

The luxury apartment community is the only official residence within Scottsdale Quarter.

The six-story, 275-unit building will feature studios, one- and two-bedroom units, and an upscale amenity package including a resort-style saltwater pool and two-story fitness center with views of the McDowell Mountains.

Crescent Scottsdale Quarter will also be one of the first apartment communities in Scottsdale to comply with the 2012 International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) and International Green Construction Code (IgCC).
