About Scottsdale’s Tasting Rooms
If you’ve never been to a tasting room, Scottsdale has some of the finest places in the country to get your feet wet. Each of those on this list is designed to welcome people of all experience levels – you don’t have to know anything about wine to enjoy your time at a tasting room.
That said, here’s what you need to know before your first trip:
o It’s not rude to pour out a wine. If you find one you don’t like – or even one you do – it’s perfectly acceptable to pour it out.
o Try everything, even if you don’t think it’s your style. You might be surprised!
o You don’t have to tip, but tips are appreciated.
o Do buy wine if you find one you like.
o Don’t wear cologne or perfume – no matter how good yours smells, it can interfere with other people’s tasting abilities.
