Welcome to Silverleaf

Silverleaf is a neighborhood within the master-planned community of DC Ranch, located in North Scottsdale. Silverleaf has 3 separate, guard-gated enclaves, each accessible off of Thompson Peak Parkway, just north of Legacy Boulevard and the 101 Freeway. Three architecturally distinctive shopping areas are located within DC Ranch and easily accessible to Silverleaf: Market Street, DC Ranch Crossings, and Canyon Village. These retail destinations offer an assortment of restaurants and specialty retail including all of your everyday necessities, and business offices.

Two community centers offer a variety of amenities including a community pool, toddler pool, fitness room, playgrounds, tennis, and sports courts, and a community theatre playhouse. Over 33 miles of biking and walking paths were designed to connect the neighborhoods and lead residents to the shopping districts and 2 community centers without having to cross a major road. Real Estate

The community’s first homes were completed in the early 2000s. Development continues today with developer products still available, as well as developer and resale custom home sites. Lushly landscaped neighborhood parks and boulevards are scattered through the flatter areas of the community where you will find semi-custom and custom homes for sale of varying sizes. As you continue east into the Upper Canyon and into Horseshoe Canyon, lot sizes get bigger and the elevation gets higher, resulting in a collection of hillside estates with breathtaking views of the city and the most expensive real estate in the Phoenix area.

The Silverleaf Club

The award-winning Silverleaf Club features a Tom Weiskopf-designed, the 18-hole championship golf course that stretches through 7,322 yards of stirring topography, featuring panoramic city and mountain views. Golfers can ride or walk the course and forecaddies are available.
