The master-planned, 430-acre neighborhood of Kierland in North Scottsdale is ideally located at the north end of Scottsdale Road’s resort corridor on the Scottsdale-Phoenix border. The community is surrounded by upscale shopping centers like Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. It winds around the Westin Kierland Resort and Kierland Golf Club. townhome communities in Kierland. Kierland Greens, built by Centex Homes between 1998 and 2000, offers 210 apartment-style townhome units ranging from 1,100 square feet to just over 2,200 square feet. Kierland Heritage, built by Cachet Homes between 1997 and 1999 offers one- and two-story townhomes ranging in size between approximately 1,600 square feet and 2,400 square feet. Both townhome communities have units backing Kierland Golf Club.
