There seems to be some serious competition between two contenders for the biggest and best New Year’s Eve party in Scottsdale. Put on your cowboy hat and pony up to the bar at Scottsdale’s Ultimate (Country) Block Party or put on some heels and a tiara to check out your New Year’s luck when you roll up to the party at Fire & Ice: Talking Stick Resort.
Regardless of which one you end up at, you can be sure of one thing: you’ll be at a party of all parties to ring in the New Year.
Ultimate Block Party
The Scottsdale’s Ultimate Block Party with KMLE 107.9 is proud to announce this year’s New Year’s Eve Block Party with headliner Frankie Ballard, with Tommy Ash, Chad Freeman and Redline, and Laura Walsh!
The party takes place at Craftsman Court between 3rd Ave & 5th Ave., just one block west of Scottsdale Road. With cup in hand, traverse the neighborhood enjoying live music, full access to Dos Gringos and Rock Bar Inc, street food and drink vendors. The party starts at 7:00 pm and continues until 2:00 am with a full-out fireworks display when the ball drops promptly at midnight.
This year’s block party will be benefiting the kid’s charity organization PeppedUp!
Fire & Ice: Talking Stick Resort
You don’t need to board a plane and head to Vegas to party like a rock star, just head out to the Fire & Ice, New Year’s celebration at Talking Stick Resort. So pick your party hat to fit one of these Las Vegas style parties and bring in New Year's Eve 2015 with a bang!
The resort kicks off the soiree with musical performances by the Legendary Soul Man, Sam Moore, and local favorite Boogie Knights. Talking Stick Resort’s New Year’s Eve Fire & Ice Package options:

Raven’s Annual New Year’s Eve Gala: Puttin’ On the Ritz hosted in the two-story Showroom, a glamorous black tie celebration includes two full bars, cocktail specials, a complimentary appetizer buffet and the sounds of The HIPNOTIX, an acclaimed five-member band performing a variety of genres including pop, funk, Top 40 and R&B.

New Year’s Eve Party at Degree 270, the 14th floor of the resort with breathtaking views of Camelback Mountain brings in the party with a live DJ and VIP bottle service.

New Year’s Eve at Casino Arizona will be the Ultimate '80's Dance Party with the tribute band and act, The Whip-its, a European dominatrix known for her whip and leather attire and comedic act, to get the party started.
