If you’re moving to Scottsdale, you’ll be glad to know that some of the best steakhouses in the entire state of Arizona are located right here in town – and we’ve put together a list of our favorites to get you started.
The Five Best Steakhouses in Scottsdale that Aren't Chains
Although Scottsdale is home to several chain restaurants – including major steakhouse brands – there’s plenty of locally owned flavor here, too. We haven’t included chains in our list of the five best steakhouses in Scottsdale because we love supporting local businesses, and we’re sure you’ll enjoy these local favorites:
- Olive & Ivy
- Preston’s Steakhouse
- Bourbon & Bones
- The Bourbon Cellar
- Frashers Tavern
Here’s a closer look at each.
Olive & Ivy
Olive & Ivy dishes up the best fusion of Californian and Mediterranean fare we’ve ever found, and you can dine al fresco on the patio if you’d like. The atmosphere is unbeatable, and the menu is full of fabulous steaks and seafood.
Preston’s Steakhouse is elegant and intimate, whether you’re dining indoors or outside on the patio near the fire pit. It’s the perfect place to be when you want fabulous food with an impressive presentation, and their desserts are among the best we’ve had in Scottsdale, as well.
Bourbon & Bones
Bourbon & Bones is known for its steak, seafood, exceptional bourbon selection, and a contemporary, industrial-chic environment. The service is fast and friendly, and whether you start with a mouth-watering appetizer or skip straight to the main course, you’ll leave feeling positively stuffed.
The Bourbon Cellar
The Bourbon Cellar dishes up classic steakhouse fare. You’ll find its extensive menu has all the prime cuts and then some – plus fabulous appetizers and sides. We definitely recommend the macaroni and cheese!
With more than two decades of expertise in crafting fabulous dinners, Frashers Tavern is a Scottsdale staple. This place is known for its friendly service and Arizona-raised filet mignon, and the menu is nothing short of spectacular.
