Christmas and Hanukah traditions take center stage at “Scottsdazzle” in Old Town Scottsdale! The month long celebration includes all types of Holiday festivities from street caroling to the nightly lighting of a life-size menorah.
Walk along the Waterfront and revel in Scottsdale’s Public Art display of Reflection Rising and PRISMATIC. Reflection Rising will awaken your senses with its snaking dance of color suspended over the water from Marshall Way all the way down to the Soleri Bridge! Accolades to Los Angeles artist, Patrick Shearn, and Poetic Kinetics for this collaborative piece that is putting Scottsdale on the map! After dark, be dazzled by the 25 giant prism sculptures strategically placed along the canal for a hands-on interactive experience. RAW Design is the firm behind this beautiful artistry and immersive experience brought to us through the partnership of Canada's Quartier des Spectacles Partnership and CREOS.
After viewing the holiday tree and public art installations enjoy the Canal Concerts that take place the first four Saturdays of December from 7-8:30 p.m. on the Soleri Bridge! Admission is free and the schedule is: The Phoenix Boys Choir on the 2nd, Campanillas as del Sol Handbell Ensemble on the 9th, the Phoenix Women’s Chorus on the 16th , and the finale on the 23rd by the robust MC6 A Cappella Choir!
