Temperatures are bumping up so if you are looking for a cool place to enjoy while you shop, check out the streets of Scottsdale Quarter. The misters are on high and there is so much cool mist floating around you will want to stay and shop for hours!
So whether you’re headed out to shop at the chain stores like Apple Store, Nike, Kendra Scott, Calvin Klein Performance, Restoration Hardware, West Elm, Sephora, Gap or a handful of other high-end boutiques, Scottsdale Quarter is the place to be in July and August. All of the stores are in close proximity to the parking decks and navigable on foot under the cool mist.
Scottsdale Quarter
Bring the kids because they will enjoy a candy store extraordinaire, shop for the perfect AmericanGirl doll or enjoy some down time in their splash pad. Whether you bring your swim suit and beach towel or just dip a toe in the bubbling water, this is the perfect ending to a day of shopping. Scottsdale Quarter’s splash pad was voted Best in the Valley and it’s located in the inner courtyard with water fountains, faux grass to spread your blankets, and hovering palm trees and shade trees that make for a relaxing and safe space for the family to play!
The night life and restaurant selection is over the top and there is even a coffee joint where you can enjoy free Wi-Fi and some pretty impressive espresso. Not surprisingly you can even find a hair blow-out bar but we recommend making an appointment before heading there.
What’s new at Scottsdale Quarter? There are three newbies to add to the glam of SQ and its hotspots.
Kona Grill opened in June and this specific location will serve as the company's test kitchen before they roll out new menu items at their other American grills and sushi bars. Summer is about ice cream so take the kids over to enjoy the new Creamistry with their made-to-order liquid nitrogen ice cream!
There is new real estate popping up a city block from SQ and it’s an off-shoot of the trending Optima communities located in Old Town Scottsdale. The design includes four towers showing-casing bold geometric designs, sustainability and flexible open floor plans to rent or purchase. One of the towers that will include 1-5 bedroom luxury residences is going up now and buyers are encouraged to reserve their unit now.
It’s always best to have representation in the purchase of any new home to protect your interests and help you through the buying process. The Matheson Team is a qualified group of real estate professionals with expertise in new builds, resale and build-to-suits. If you have interest in checking out the Optima-Kierland towers as they come on line, give them a call!
