Tickets went on sale this week for Cooks & Corks and if you plan on being a part of the North Scottsdale culinary event of the year, you’ll want to reserve your spot very soon. While November may seem like light years away, it’s right around the corner and this sellout gala event is one not to be missed!
Top world-class wine aficionados compliment Arizona’s culinary bests as they showboat their talent under the starry sky of the Sonoran Desert.
The Four Season’s Fountain Terrace Lawn holds only 400 guests making this event small enough to rub elbows with the Who’s Who of Scottsdale, yet large enough to get lost in the crowd, if that’s your style.
Of course, Executive Chef, Mel Mecinas of the Four Seasons will create a sky’s the limit tasting menu but he won’t be doing it alone. Joining him will be executive and sous chefs from some of our favorite haunts, The Phoenician Resort, The Sanctuary, J.W. Marriott Desert Ridge, The Capital Grille, The House Brasserie, The Westin Kierland Resort, and The Four Season’s closest neighbor, Sassi.
However it’s served up, this gala affair is a testament to the philanthropic commitment of our local community to art. Scottsdale League for the Arts is host of the affair and can boast $3.8 million dollars already raised and purposed to art education.
General admission is $125 a head which entitles the bearer to unlimited food and drink samples throughout the event. Why not splurge and pony up to the bar at the special VIP reception for $175 a pop. The VIP ticket holders will get to experience special culinary hors d’oeuvres and special giveaway bags not offered to the general ticket holders.
