Scottsdale is observing the event at the Scottsdale Pavilions this Saturday, September 20, 2014, with an electric car show. Scottsdale Pavilions is located at 9175 E. Indian Bend Rd., Scottsdale, AZ 85250, just west of the Loop 101 Pima Freeway and Indian Bend exit. The car show starts at 3:00 p.m. and goes until dark with music, food, family activities and solar power displays.

Plug In America is a national, nonprofit organization working to reduce our Nation’s dependence on foreign and domestic oil by shifting vehicle owners and drivers to the option of electric.
A second event also taking place on Saturday will be held at Williams Field in Mesa and will have electric and hybrid vehicles that you can test drive around the ASU Polytechnic Campus. The day event will run from 9:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and will showcase electric vehicles, educate youth, and spread awareness of National Drive Electric Week.
