Of course, your Scottsdale real estate agent will provide you with a comparative market analysis for any properties you are serious about, but why not get a head start and play around with some of your own research?
There is also the parcel viewer that allows you to take an in-depth look at the lot or parcel you are considering, and you can take a look at the neighbor’s lot and information as well. The easiest way to find the lot information is to take the parcel number off of the Multiple Listing printout and plug it into the assessor’s site. Your realtor can show you where the parcel number is located if you are having trouble.
