It’s not too early to start planning for the Waste Management Phoenix Open, especially if you want to attend the after party at the Coors Light Birds Nest, considered the hottest nightclub in Scottsdale during its four-night run.
Tickets went on sale Tuesday, November 3, for the concerts that begin Wednesday, February 3, and continue through Saturday, February 6. You can purchase tickets online through Ticketmaster.com, by calling 800-745-3000, or at all Ticketmaster outlets. Note: The Coors Light Birds Nest is a 21-and-over event.
Country music super group Rascal Flatts kicks off the celebrations on the first night, Wednesday, February 3, performing hits from their seven platinum albums.
Phoenix native Dierks Bentley headlines the following night, Thursday, February 4. Expect him to play a mix of his top country singles such as “I Hold On,” “Drunk on a Plane,” “What Was I Thinkin’,” and “Sideways.”
Robin Thicke, best known for his 2013 pop album, “Blurred Lines,” is the top-billed act for Friday, February 5. The title track from that album enjoyed a 12-week reign at No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot 100.
The headlining artist for the closing night, Saturday, February 6, has yet to be announced.
General admission tickets start at $50 with VIP tickets available for $200 each. A limited number of cabana packages, including VIP benefits and access to a furnished cabana, are also available.
Organizers encourage fans to buy tickets early since prices may increase closer to the date of the shows. Plus, they expect the event to sell out every night.
