Personalized Property Review
We’ll visit with you and view your property to study your home’s attributes and understand what makes it unique and desirable to buyers. We’ll analyze your home’s competition and recent neighborhood market activity, as well as trends in the overall market. Based on this information, we’ll present a price recommendation and individualized marketing plan for your property.
Preparing Your Home
We will recommend staging considerations for the interior and exterior of your home to maximize your home’s appeal to today’s buyer. We’ll also begin executing our marketing plan, starting with overseeing the professional photography, drone photography, a 3D Virtual Tour and Google Earth tour, and “coming soon” ads.
Building Buzz
Even before your home appears on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), The Matheson Team will create market buzz for your property through digital advertising on Zillow, Trulia, Google and social media. We also market personally to our database of 500+ buyer prospects and to thousands of agents in the area.
On the Market
Once your home is officially on the market, we will continue our digital and personal marketing efforts and begin showing your property. In addition to including your listing on the #1 Scottsdale real estate website, we will do open houses and broker/agent tours specifically highlighting your home. We provide feedback on every showing, review overall market trends as well as your neighborhood market activity every two weeks, and report any recommendations to you.
Closing the Deal
After you receive an offer, our team will negotiate on your behalf, oversee escrow, manage the inspection and appraisal processes, and negotiate repairs as needed. You will have the full support of our in-office team to guide you through this purchase.
