The Market Street retail and office complex located in DC Ranch and just west of Grayhawk is the new location for a local family physician, Dr. Arneyo Perez.
This is the first time that Market Street has welcomed a family physician to its complex, and the neighboring residents are excited to have the convenience of a family doctor in this location. Dr. Perez’s practice will be a great asset to residents of North Scottsdale, including DC Ranch, Grayhawk, Los Gatos, Pinnacle Peak, Desert Highlands, Troon North, Mirabel, Desert Mountain, and all areas in between.

About DC Ranch Family Medicine
DC Ranch Family Medicine opened this past June. Dr. Perez and his team are here to serve patients from 1 to 110+ years old. What’s unique about Dr. Perez is his commitment to serve his patients and to get to know the story behind the people and families he treats.
“It’s not about the productivity”, Perez said, “it’s about getting to know people”. He especially enjoys the variety of medical needs and skills he is able to call upon in a family practice setting.
His office is open every weekday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and on Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. While it’s best to schedule an appointment, either by phone at 480-800-3550 or on-line, Dr. Perez accepts walk-in patients, too. He leaves time in every day for his patients’ emergency or special needs.
As part of his family medicine practice, Dr. Perez’s office is equipped for minor medical procedures (suturing, minor cosmetic procedures, etc.). He also has an affiliation with Sonora-Quest Labs so his patients can conveniently get their blood work or other tests done right on site during their visit.
As a fitness and wellness advocate himself, Dr. Perez works with interested patients on weight management programs.
Patients of Dr. Perez can securely access their medical records on-line through the practice’s patient portal, a service that allows you to see your test results as soon as they are available and access your medical records day or night.
About Dr. Perez
Dr. Perez was born in Cali, Colombia and came to the United States with his parents and siblings in the 1970’s. He decided he wanted to become a doctor when he was quite young. His mother had an accident at work that permanently injured 4 fingers on her hand. Dr. Perez said, “All I ever wanted to do was fix her hand for her and make her better.”
Dr. Perez never wavered from his interest in medicine, nor his commitment to make his mother’s life better. He went on to Medical School at the Universidad Libre de Colombia graduating in 1994. He also completed his U.S. medical degree in Oregon at OHSU.
Dr. Perez completed his residency in Klamath Falls, Oregon at Cascade East Family Practice, where he was chief resident. He is a board-certified family physician.
He has received several awards for his work in family practice in Oregon, including the Patient’s Choice Award and Compassionate Doctor Recognition 4 years in a row.
Dr. Perez is fluent in both English and Spanish.
He and his wife and 2 children moved to Scottsdale in 2012 because they wanted to live in a great place to raise a family where the sun was always shining. After doing research, Dr. Perez and his wife decided Scottsdale was the place for their family. With the high-quality of family life and the great weather, they feel that “Scottsdale is the best thing that happened to us.”
