Scottsdale Country Club is a guard-gated Central Scottsdale community situated between Shea Boulevard and Cactus Road on both the west and east sides of Hayden Road. The community is built around what is now the Starfire Golf Club and many of the homes in this community have a golf course or mountain view. Located in the heart of Central Scottsdale, Scottsdale Country Club is close to shopping, dining, and valley freeways. The Scottsdale Airport is a 5-minute drive and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is 25 minutes away. The 101 Freeway is less than 5 minutes away.

The community is comprised of beautiful, single-family detached homes and condos for sale. The single-family detached homes range in size from approximately 1,600 to 4,700 square feet and were built between 1986 and 2001. Larger homes on larger lots are located on the east side of Hayden Road. This section of the neighborhood is gated and has 2 community tennis courts. The homes for sale on the west side of Hayden are smaller homes on smaller lots. This neighborhood is gated and has 2 community pools. The HOA maintains the front yards of all homes. Sovanna Condominiums has units ranging in size from approximately 1,200 to 2,800 square feet and were built between 2003 and 2004. Starfire Golf Club
