Nestled in the desert scenery of North Scottsdale, Desert Mountain is the only private community in the world with six Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses. History
Desert Mountain was established in 1986. Taliesin Associated Architects, founded by Frank Lloyd Wright, created the original Desert Mountain master plan. Community guidelines and environmentally sensitive architecture ensure that homes in this community respect the land and complement the natural desert surroundings.

Desert Mountain has a nine-court tennis complex with your choice of hard clay or grass surfaces, six pickleball courts, luxurious pools, a state-of-the-art exercise and spa facility, and a new Performance Center. Schools
Desert Mountain is part of the Cave Creek Unified School District. Students attend Black Mountain Elementary School, Sonoran Trails Middle School, and Cactus Shadows High School.
